Service Description
In this call, the goal is simple: to learn as much as possible about the business problem you are looking to address, minimise assumptions, and determine whether a fractional fit service suits your needs. We’ll walk through your business priorities, how you currently win work, what’s getting in the way, and any constraints you’re working within (time, people, budget, systems, approvals). I’ll ask targeted questions to surface what’s most important, what’s urgent, and what “success” should look like in plain terms. Immediately after the call, I’ll send you a short written summary of what I heard and the agreed organisational objectives I’ll be working towards. This gives you something you can share internally to keep everyone aligned. If we can’t confidently define the objectives on the call (because the evidence isn’t there yet), the next step is straightforward: we’ll prioritise data collection and analysis so the objectives are grounded in facts, and then proceed from there with clarity. From there, I’ll put together a tailored proposal and send it through within five business days. It will reflect your context, your constraints, and the objectives we’ve aligned on, so you’re not paying for a generic plan, and we’re not building on shaky assumptions.
